The Restaurant Owner Control Panel.
There are many online restaurant directories and referencing sites available. However, no other site gives the restaurant owner their own control panel, so that they have full control of their site content.

Online Takeaway Ordering.

- Menu and prices available to view before ordering. (Always up to date).

- Allows you to take secure payment over the internet via Paypal.

- Keep track of all orders via your control panel.
- Users will be given loyalty points.
- Only 0.50p processing fee per order.
The main competition:
- Just-eat.co.uk …. Charge £250 deposit per year and 10% processing fee, they also allow users to leave un-monitored and at times extremely offensive comments about the restaurant’s food and/or service.
Mobile Phone Geo-Positioning Service
This integrates even more state of the art technology into Letsgoeat. Whereas anyone with a mobile phone can send a text to us stating for example, ‘Indian’ for Indian restaurants, and our system will trace the exact location of the user’s mobile phone, and instantly send a text reply with the full contact details and distance of the two closest Indian restaurants to that user’s location.

The main competition:
- iPhone …. This service is restricted to iPhone users only, whereas the Letsgoeat service is available to every mobile phone that can send and receive a text message.
Money Saving Services.
Letsgoeat has a partnership with many companies where savings can be made by the restaurant.
Benefits:
- Dramatically lower your operating costs.
- Free to Letsgoeat restaurants.
- Your own personal account consultant.
- Database of over 7,500 suppliers of goods and services to the industry.
The main competitor:
- There are a few companies that can offer this service such as The Penguin Group. However, there is a fee chargeable to the restaurant, which compromises the ability to secure the maximum ability to save. Letsgoeat and their partner company do not charge anything to the client.
Email Marketing Service.
When a user registers with Letsgoeat, they must input their date of birth, they also have the opportunity to input up to three other special dates such as wedding anniversaries etc… Each restaurant will receive automated notifications 7 days prior to each date. The restaurant may wish to capitalize on this occasion as they see fit, and possibly offer the user a special deal or free bottle of wine etc…
Benefits:
- Know exactly when potentially tens of thousands of diners are having a birthday or celebration, a week in advance.
- Contact details of all the users (Opt in, so not spamming).
- Ability to offer deals to the user to tempt them to your venue.
- Ability to turn on or off via control panel.

As of yet, this service is not available by anyone else other than Letsgoeat.
Online Dinner Dating Service.
Letsgoeat also supply a service to the user, where they can find a dinner date in their local area fitting their particular profile. They can also interact via live online chat messenger, and when the users feel comfortable enough to initiate a dinner date. We then link them to the Letsgoeat restaurants in their area and allow a table booking.
Benefits:
- Add that new dimension to your business.
- Gain customers who would otherwise be browsing online dating sites and not particularly restaurant sites.
- Free to Letsgoeat restaurants.

The main competition:
- There are currently no other restaurant sites offering this service.
Driving The User To Letsgoeat.co.uk
Letsgoeat intends to be the largest website in the UK for all an end user’s eating out and takeaway needs. Our main target is to capture the interest of around 8% of the UK public, that equates to over 5 million people clicking through the site on a monthly basis. We fully understand the value of advertising, and so are undertaking a huge nationwide marketing campaign. This is designed to replace the need for any Letsgoeat restaurant to ever have to spend money on costly and ineffective advertising ever again.

Funded Loyalty Scheme
Every customer we send you via online bookings and online takeaway ordering through the website. We will award each user a determined amount of loyalty points based on the same concept as the large supermarket clubcard schemes. For a table booking we will give a user 20 points per table booking. For online takeaway ordering we will give a user 1 point for every £1 spent, so £20 being the average order, that would be 20 points to the user. For online room booking we will give the user 50 points. The user’s points will build up, and can be exchanged for letsgoeat vouchers to be redeemed at letsgoeat outlets. Everyone likes a free lunch, and this is how we get the end user to use letsgoeat.co.uk for all their dining out and takeaway needs. The User can also opt to donate their loyalty points to a central letsgoeat charity fund which will be divided up among worthy UK causes every year. Users and restaurant owners will be asked to submit their favourite charity and we will pick the top ten suggestions.
Online Room Booking
In the case of any of our members who have rooms to let such as Hotel/Restaurants and pubs with accommodation. We have a room booking service fully integrated into our system. In the owner control panel’s ‘business profile’, there is an option to select to allow room booking. The owner will also be prompted to download a small piece of software to install on their business pc. This will be the reservation management system, and is updated online every 10 minutes. You can also install on other pc s such as in the dining room or bar, and things can be added to the customer’s room to be billed at the end of their stay. It is also a full real time reservations management system.
This software is 100% free, and there will only be a £1 booking charge per booking. Compared to the industry standard of 10%.
Proximity Marketing
We have an agreement with a partner company to supply our members with Bluetooth proximity software at a massively reduced price. (around 75% off)
What is it? Imagine you have a Chinese restaurant in the middle of Bedford High St. Now lets say you are running an eat all you can promotion between 12 and 2.30PM everyday, imagine if you could send a Bluetooth message to everyone who came within 150 Meters of the restaurant. Imagine you were walking down the High Street shopping and feeling a bit hungry, and your mobile phone alerts you to a Bluetooth message. Most people will accept out of curiosity, By the time you read the message about the offer, you would be within sight of the restaurant. This is sublime marketing for a restaurant and runs on autopilot for free. Better than any leaflet drop any day.
